Darren Heitner has more experience in the sports agent industry than most people that are more than twice his age. He has created the first sports agent blog on the internet, SportsAgentBlog.com, which receives upwards of 5,000 unique visits per day from agents, athletes, media sources, and the general public. In the blog, everything from contract negotiations to endorsement deals are examined, providing the framework for a great deal of information upon which he has been able to depend.
Darren graduated from the University of Florida in May 2007 with a Political Science Major and was valedictorian of his class. He is a member of many Honors Societies including, Florida Blue Key, Phi Beta Kappa, and Phi Kappa Phi. He is now taking classes at the University of Florida Levin School of Law in order to better represent his clients.

Nick DeSiato | Archived Posts
Nick is one of the inaugural bloggers for Entertainment Agent Blog. He is an attorney currently working in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Nick earned a B.S., cum laude, in Business Administration and a B.A., cum laude, in Political Science from Boston University and a J.D., cum laude, from Marquette University Law School. His written work includes an article with the American Bar Association’s Entertainment and Sports Lawyer titled, Making the Pitch: Player Endorsements in Professional Sports. He has interned with the legal departments for the Texas Rangers, Dallas Stars and Milwaukee Bucks. Nick’s entertainment law interests are predominantly with the screenwriting and music industry.

Richard L. Bennett has been employed as a legal and business management consultant since 2007. Mr. Bennett has worked with a handful of musical acts and performed amateur and professional photography. His interest in becoming a talent-representative led him to SportsAgentBlog.com and subsequently EnetertainmentAgentBlog.com.
In his employment, Mr. Bennett has worked extensively on energy, earmarks, domestic policy, and budget issues. His legal expertise has been called upon in fields ranging from contract and government drafting to government diversity regulation to nonprofit and for-profit business incorporations. Mr. Bennett has consulted on several international matters, such as customs disputes and foreign business origination.
Mr. Bennett received his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management from Siena College and his Juris Doctorate from the Catholic University School of Law. He currently lives and works in Washington, D.C.

Ryan Webber is entering his third year of law school at Widener University in Harrisburg, Pa. He attended Lebanon Valley College in Annville, Pennsylvania, receiving a B.A. in Political Science in 2007. His interest in becoming a sports agent led him to SportsAgentBlog.com and subsequently to EnetertainmentAgentBlog.com. Previously, Ryan has worked with Kevin Gold of www.longsnap.com, an N.F.L. agent whose clientele is entirely longsnappers. He is also currently interning with the National Sports and Entertainment Law Society. After graduation, Ryan hopes to use his experience with Entertainment Agent Blog to begin a career in the sports and entertainment industry.

Wade Senti is a senior at the University of Florida (UF) pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting with a minor in Entrepreneurship and a certificate in Public Policy. He is a regular contributor to The Warrington Times, and recently, the Business Today Online Journal. His future plans include developing a sustainable business venture, hitting it big in Hollywood, and becoming a market leader in something. Following graduation, Mr. Senti plans to attend graduate school. His personal interests include writing, bodybuilding, political debate, finance & investment, sports, and sustainable energy solutions. Currently, he is interning with Dynasty Athlete Representation, LLC.

Kenneth Tate
Kenneth graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in May 2007 with a History Major. While a student at UW, Kenneth co-founded and facilitated Intercultural Dialogues, a 3-credit sociology course that currently serves 53 students per semester. Kenneth graduated from UCLA School of Law in May 2010. While at UCLA he had the opportunity to explore his interests in entertainment law, and particularly found himself interested in television production and the music industry.
